CLASSIC STEP ANALYZE TESTS –
Gives an more detailed information regarding an athletes capacity. Interesting to follow “over
time” since the parameter displayed in the test is very much dependent on capacity, maturity,
weight, height, history of injuries etc. Search the literature for more reading.
